We have heard the need for additional service from the Blackhawk Park & Ride and the Eagan Transit Station to downtown St. Paul. Therefore we are adding a Route 480 trip that will begin at Blackhawk at 6:09 a.m., serve Eagan Transit Station at 6:19 a.m., and reach 5th & Minnesota at 6:42 a.m. We realize this is earlier than the current trip from Blackhawk at 6:23 a.m., but this is the only bus available to operate this service. We hope you will like the earlier arrival in downtown St. Paul.
