| In the event of severe weather or heavy snow, passengers should listen to WCCO radio (830 AM) for further information regarding MVTA routes. Information will also be available from MVTA customer service staff at (952) 882-7500, but be aware that phones may be very busy.
Riders are also advised as follows:

Wait on main plowed roads. Buses will not pull into unplowed parking lots. Dress appropriately and prepared to wait as buses may be running slowly. |

If a "Snow Emergency with Reroutes" is declared, express routes will run from major park & ride lots only. Most local routes will run with only slight modifications, but some local routes will not operate.

Construction Detours
The MVTA makes every effort to inform riders of construction detours as far in advance as possible. Check postings at bus shelters and attached to bus stop signs to see if your stop has been moved due to construction. Also check the Press Release section where construction information may be posted.
