MVTA partners with QuestCDN for advertisement of request for proposals, request for bids and construction projects. QuestCDN is a web-based initiative that provides procurement project advertisements, project plan documents, project addendums, and project results in a cost-effective way.

Procurement documents will provide a schedule to adhere to. MVTA accepts bid and proposal documents electronically via email to Procurement@mvta.com.
Complete and submit all required forms listed in the procurement document. Failure to submit a required form may result in a non-responsive bid/proposal. Each project is unique and the required forms change per procurement. Ensure all procurement documents are carefully examined.
MVTA may request additional information to demonstrate the bidder, proposed subcontractors, and proposed suppliers have adequate experience, have successfully completed similar work, have adequate resources and are otherwise sufficiently responsible to complete the work.
MVTA is a tax-exempt government agency.
Register as a vendor for future procurements by emailing a statement of interest to Procurement@mvta.com.
MVTA requires all new/awarded vendors to complete an ACH form and provide a current W9 form. Email documents to Procurement@mvta.com
