The MVTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and information therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner.

The following changes, additions, and deletions are hereby made a part of the Request for Bid Documents for the subject project as fully and completely as if the same were set forth therein.
This addendum consists of one (1) page.
1) Replace: 5.2.1 The base installation under this project is for 65 buses listed in Attachment A-1
2) Add: The base installation under this project is for 37 buses listed in Attachment A-1
3) Replace: 5.2.2.at the sole option of the MVTA, the contractor shall install DVR systems in up to 71dditional buses.
4) Add: At the sole option of the MVTA, the Contractor shall install DVR systems in up to 99 additional buses.
ACKNOWLEDGE OF RECIEPT, BY NUMBER, OF EACH RFB ADDENDUM MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE PROPOSAL. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF THE PROPOSAL.
