Minnesota Valley Transit Authority reminds customers to keep track of their belongings and remember to check their surroundings prior to leaving facilities and buses.

Lost items are brought to the MVTA Customer Service Office at Burnsville Transit Station Monday through Friday.

The following items are turned into Lost and Found

  • wallets/purses
  • bus cards
  • phones
  • computers
  • keys
  • prescriptions
  • glasses
  • Bags – (Nonfood) with any of the above items inside.

Customers who have misplaced any of the above items are encouraged to call MVTA Customer Service at 952-882-7500 to determine whether their belongings have been turned in. Please provide as much detail as possible, including day and time of travel, route number, direction of travel, and a description of the item. If calling after hours, please leave a details about the item and a Cstomer Service staff member will call back when the Customer Service Center reopens.

Items in Lost and Found can be picked up at the Customer Service Office at Burnsville Transit Station, 100 East Highway 13, Burnsville, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
