Reduced service during holiday weeks

MVTA will be offering reduced service during upcoming winter holidays.
Thanksgiving
On Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 23, the only route operating will be Route 495, which will be using the weekend schedule. There will be no MVTA Connect service on Thanksgiving.
Friday, Nov. 24
On Black Friday, Friday, Nov. 24, MVTA will be operating a special modified schedule. All fares will be non rush hour fares.

Select express trips for routes 460, 477, 480, and 490 will also operate Friday, Nov. 24.
Route 460:
Northbound: Depart Burnsville Transit Station at 6:37a.m., 7:15 a.m., 8:08 a.m., and 8:56 a.m.
Southbound: Depart Gateway Ramp at 2:26 p.m., 3:36 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:08 p.m.
Route 477:
Northbound: Depart Apple Valley Transit Station at 6:00 a.m., 7:08 a.m., and 8:26 a.m.
Southbound trips depart Gateway Ramp at 1:29 p.m., 2:18 p.m., 3:40 p.m., 4:06 p.m. and 4:46 p.m.
Route 480:
Northbound: Departs Apple Valley Transit Station at 5:54 a.m., 6:35 a.m., 7:20 a.m., and 7:35 a.m.
Southbound: Departs Union Depot at 3:45 p.m., 4:15 p.m., 4:39 p.m., and 5:33 p.m.
Route 490:
Northbound: Departs County Road 21 and Main (Prior Lake) at 6:10 a.m., 7:03 a.m., and 7:34 a.m.
Southbound: Departs Gateway Ramp at 3:30 p.m., 4:35 p.m., and 5:20 p.m.
Friday, December 22
Regular service
Saturday, December 23
Regular weekend service; Connect will operate.
Sunday, December 24
Regular weekend service; Connect will operate.
Monday, Dec. 25
On Christmas Day, Monday, December 25, Route 495 will operate on a weekend schedule.
MVTA will operate no other bus routes and there will be no Connect service.
Tuesday, December 26
Regular weekday service; Connect will operate.
New Years Day, Monday, Jan. 1,
On New Year’s Day, Monday, Jan. 1, Route 495 will operate on a weekend schedule.
Connect will operate; MVTA will operate no other bus routes.
