New Route 416 began service between Eagan Transit Station and the 46th Street Blue Line station on July 1.

The route provides a commuting option to downtown Minneapolis that avoids travel on 35W during construction.

Route 416 is a local fare route – $2.50 during rush hours – that has a non-stop connection to the Blue Line light rail at 46th Street.

Transfers are available to the Blue Line train, which has frequent service with stops in downtown Minneapolis.
