490 routing change: The downtown routing will use 3rd/4th Street to and from U of M instead of Washington Avenue to avoid congestion issues. New stops on the southbound route will be at:

• 3^rd S. at Chicago Ave S. NE corner
• 3^rd S. at Portland Ave. S. NE corner
• 3^rd S. at 4^th Ave. S. NE corner

New stops on the northbound route will be at:

• 4^th S. at Chicago Ave. S. SW corner
• 4^th S. at 4^th Ave. S.
• 4^th S. at 2^nd Ave.
