Survey extended to gain more customer feedback

MVTA has extended the 2018 Customer Survey to gain more feedback on how we can improve the experience for the rider and learn a little bit more about who our riders are.

The survey, which takes about five minutes to complete, will be used to collect data to help us improve service areas, plan for new routes and make sure we are providing a clean and friendly environment for riders. Surveys will be collected through Oct. 12.
