Take MVTA to regular season Vikings games in 2019

Depart from Shakopee or Burnsville

Minnesota Valley Transit Authority (MVTA) invites football fans to tackle the traffic this season and take advantage of express bus service from the south metro to all regular-season home Minnesota Vikings games.

Bus service will run from both Shakopee and Burnsville transit stations to the Gateway Ramp near U.S. Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis. Return trips will depart from the Gateway Ramp 30 minutes after the game ends. The round-trip cost is $5 person. Riders can pay cash while boarding (driver’s don’t make change) or purchase a ticket on MVTA’s new Ride MVTA app. (App ticket sales to begin in late August).

When the game is over the MVTA service will quickly transport riders out of downtown and back to their vehicles in time to catch up on the post-game highlights. Riding MVTA is the perfect way to have a memorable game day experience.
