The Workforce Development Center is a dedicated hub for developing the next generation of transit professionals while supporting the continued growth of our workforce. Designed as a collaborative and flexible training environment, the center provides space and technology for employee development, industry training, and partner engagement. Through hands-on learning, professional development programs, and workforce partnerships, the Workforce Development Center strengthens career pathways in public transportation and supports a skilled workforce that keeps our region moving.

To support learning and collaboration, the Workforce Development Center will feature modern technology designed to connect people both in the room and online. A large display allows presenters to easily share information with larger groups, while wireless presentation tools and video conferencing capabilities make it simple for staff, partners, and trainees to participate from anywhere.

The space is also equipped with high-quality cameras, microphones, and room audio to ensure clear communication during training sessions, workshops, and partner meetings. These tools create a flexible learning environment that supports employee development, strengthens industry partnerships, and helps prepare the next generation of transit professionals.
