We understand that due to your circumstances, it is not feasible for you to fold the stroller as stated in MVTA’s stroller policy.

To receive an exemption from the MVTA Stroller Policy, complete this form and have a copy with you whenever boarding an MVTA bus. Please be prepared to show this document (or a picture of this document) each time you board the bus.

Once onboard, you must make every reasonable effort to keep your stroller as close to you as possible and ensure it is secured at all times and must have brakes locked. MVTA is not responsible for any damage or injury caused from unsecured strollers. You are responsible for the safety of your child.

(The are no exemptions for wagons, which must be collapsible and safely stowed on bus.)
