The ideal MVTA Transit Champion candidate meetings the following criteria: 6+ months of transit ridership, access to technology (ability to attend Microsoft Teams meetings and smart phone access), must be 18+ to participate.

Final Steps

Training Champions complete a three-part training program that will include: (1) MVTA routes, services, and fare education, (2) community outreach expectations, and (3) observation & reporting tools (apps, forms, or staff contacts). Training will be delivered online, in three 30 minutes sessions.
