MVTA, Lifeworks, and the Burnsville Chamber of Commerce invite you to celebrate the grand opening of the Burnsville Transit Station Community Showcase!

Stop by to explore this new community display space, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with local partners. This is a come-and-go event, so feel free to visit anytime during the celebration.

The Burnsville Transit Station Community Showcase is a dedicated display space that highlights the people, organizations, and communities served by MVTA. Local schools, artists, nonprofits, municipalities, and community groups can use the showcase to feature artwork, educational exhibits, community events, and other displays that celebrate what makes our communities unique.

Fall service change begins on Monday, August 10th.

What’s Changing:

• Route 493 will be combined with Route 490
• New service added to Inver Hills Community College on Route 445
• Additional trip times on express routes added to some stations in Scott County
• New service to Burnsville High School on Orange LINK
University of Minnesota Twin Cities Routes 465 and 475 will have service added on September 8 for the new school year

Join MVTA for Spotlight Story Time on the Bus!

Children and families will explore an MVTA bus while enjoying engaging stories about transportation, travel, and community.

This interactive event encourages a love of reading while providing a unique, hands-on experience with public transit in a welcoming and family-friendly environment
