Ridership Growth

Skip the parking hassle and park for free at either Eagan Transit Station or Burnsville Transit Station! Service is provided to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Terminal 1 via Route 495V and Route 436. More info can be found, here.

Minnesota Valley Transit Authority (MVTA) has been awarded two major Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grants totaling more than $10.7 million to modernize the agency’s fleet and complete the final phase of upgrades to Burnsville Bus Garage. These investments will significantly enhance service reliability, support a cleaner transit system, and improve long-term operational efficiency across the south metro region. Learn more, here!

Looking to get outside for some MN winter fun? Gather your loved ones and hop on the MVTA Buck Hill bus on Valentines Day anytime between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Riders will receive an MVTA to-go cup good for free hot chocolate at Buck Hill that will warm you right back up.
