Reduced Bus Service on Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving Week

MVTA will be offering a reduced schedule on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 27) and Friday, Nov. 28.
Thanksgiving Day
On Thursday, Nov. 27, only Route 495 will be operating on a weekend schedule. There will be no other fixed routes or Connect service available on that day.
Friday, Nov. 28
Routes that normally operate on weekends, including MVTA Connect, will be running on Friday, Nov. 28, along with select trips on routes 460, 477, 480, and 490.
Routes that will be operating on a weekend schedule include:
436 – Eagan – Viking Lakes – MSP 1 – 46th St Station
442 – Burnsville Center – Fairview Ridges – Apple Valley – Palomino Hills – Cedar Grove – Mall of America
444 – Savage – Burnsville Center – Burnsville Transit – Cedar Grove Transit – Mall of America
445 – Eagan – Cedar Grove Transit Station
446 – Eagan – 46th Street LRT
447 – Apple Valley Transit – Burnsville Center – Savage Park and Ride – Prior Lake – Mystic Lake Casino
495 – Shakopee – Burnsville – Mall of America
497 – Shakopee
499 – Shakopee
Select trips for routes 460, 477, 480, and 490 are:
460 – Burnsville – Minneapolis
Northbound trips : 6:29 a.m., 7:15 a.m., 8:08 a.m., and 8:56 a.m.
*The 8:08 a.m. Burnsville Transit trip leaves Savage Park & Ride at 7:55 a.m.
Southbound trips: 2:26 p.m., 3:36 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:10 p.m.
*The 4:30 p.m. trip serves Savage Park & Ride.
477 –Apple Valley – Minneapolis
Northbound trips : 6:00 a.m., 7:19 a.m., and 8:26 a.m.
*7:19 a.m. Apple Valley trip leaves Lakeville Cedar P & R at 7:12 a.m.
Southbound trips: 1:29 p.m., 2:18 p.m., 3:40 p.m., 4:06 p.m., and 4:46 p.m.
*2:18 p.m. and 4:46 p.m. trips also serve Lakeville Cedar P & R
480 –Burnsville-Apple Valley-Eagan-St. Paul
Northbound trips: Leaving Burnsville Transit 5:54 a.m. and 7:35 a.m.
Leaving Apple Valley Transit 6:35 a.m. and 7:19 a.m.
Southbound trips: 3:45 p.m., 4:15 p.m., 4:39 p.m., and 5:07 p.m.
Route 490 –Prior Lake – Shakopee – Minneapolis
Northbound trips: 6:37 a.m. and 7:38 a.m.
Southbound trips: 3:30 p.m., 4:35 p.m., and 5:35 p.m.
A normal weekend schedule will be in place for Saturday, Nov. 29, and Sunday, Nov. 30
